The Definitive Edition doesn’t include its own Achievement/Trophy set, if you owned Ground Zeroes or The Phantom Pain all achievements/trophies are ported to The Definitive Edition. The game hasn’t received any graphical update or improved frame-rate, instead it’s the same games that were previously released.

That’s true with Metal Gear Solid: The Definitive Experience, it’s the complete Metal Gear Solid V experience in one package and if you haven’t played this masterpiece then go out and get this game! When I reviewed Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain back in 2015 I gave it a 90/100, stating it “amazes on all fronts”.
